2. More than six years of experience in soft decoration design, can independently preside over project design and on-site work

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to guide the communication and cooperation between teams
5. Have the ability to work independently, can deal with emergencies and can bear greater work pressure
6. Having led the soft decoration design team and related commercial space soft decoration design experience is preferred
1. Collect data in the early stage of the project, and sort out the contextual concept pictures
2. In the conceptual design stage, cooperate with designers to propose creative designs
3. Fully understand the design intent, make mid-term production, and report PPT and concept layout
4. Assist superiors in project reporting, communication with Party A, and communication with construction parties
5. Familiar with the workflow of each stage of project conceptual design, preliminary design, and construction drawing design
6. Prepare and make material samples and complete other tasks assigned by superiors
